A note from Workvivo CEO, John Goulding, following the news that we have been named as the leading employee communications platform on G2.
Being customer-centric has been in Workvivo’s DNA from day one. We always strive to do right by our customers and provide them with a great experience, whether that’s helping prospects to trial our platform, building customer feedback into our product roadmap, or simply in our day-to-day interactions.
We always want to feel like we’re in our customer’s corner and we value customer feedback above all other metrics. That’s why we’re over the moon to announce that we’ve been named the leading employee communications platform on G2 thanks to our fantastic customer reviews.
This has been a few years in the making – many of our customers took a chance on us in the early days and have stayed by our side ever since. We’re now working with some of the largest organizations in the world, all while staying true to our DNA of putting the customer first.
We are humbled by all of the positive feedback we’ve received on G2. We had been trending towards becoming the category leaders throughout the year, gaining momentum each month, but now that we’ve finally done it, it’s a fantastic feeling.
It’s incredible to hear the creative things teams of all sizes are doing with our platform to connect and engage their staff. The world of work has changed drastically and some people are skeptical of how culture can be brought to life digitally – but we are seeing this every day.
We designed our platform to bring all of the positive things happening in the organization into one central hub, but ultimately Workvivo is just the vehicle, our customers are the ones working hard to ensure that the platform is brought to life and we feel very privileged to be helping.
