Workvivo is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing marketing team. A business-savvy marketer that knows how to position a disruptive SaaS product and create phenomenal sales assets and thought leadership content. Your Role

  • You know the product, personas, and business cases better than anyone
  • You know the market and competition down to the bone
  • You are working closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to align and sync efforts
  • You are a master in positioning products and translating features into crisp USPs and sales tools
  • You are a natural-born thought leader. You are a strong researcher and a good writer. You love developing content and sharing it
  • You execute fast and don’t like losing time in over-planning

The responsibilities

  • Translate product features into prospect benefits and communicate product value to the market (launches, newsletters, webinars, etc.)
  • Implement the go-to-market strategy for product releases and updates
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers and user personas, build campaigns to position the product, and introduce new product features
  • Sales enablement - help sales sell - slides, battle cards, 1 pager, ROI model, short videos, etc.
  • Partner enablement - develop content and assets for partner programs •
  • Competitive analysis and market insight
  • Collect customer and market feedback and communicate to PMs to influence the roadmap
  • Conduct customer interviews and translate value statements into value propositions
  • Use product roadmap to inform future Marketing decisions
  • Build customer success stories

Requirements:

  • 2+ years product marketing/ experience in a fast-growing B2B tech company
  • Experience working closely and enabling an enterprise sales team
  • You’re ready to work at an early stage, fast-growing startup
  • You aren’t expecting for there to be a “how to do your job” playbook waiting for you
