Role summary

We’re looking for a highly operational B2B marketing superstar to help with our use of data, technology, and automation. We’re building the business at a hyper-growth pace and need someone to come in and help build out our outbound growth motion as we scale.

You’ll be working directly with our GTM team to drive ambitious growth goals through automated outbound and lifecycle marketing. Your mission will be to generate revenue by identifying and leveraging intent signals so we can target the best companies with the right message and at the right time. This is a key role where you will be uniquely positioned to impact the full picture of Workvivo’s growth efforts.

You’re a growth marketer at heart with a marketing operations flair. You obsess over finding novel ways to accelerate growth but you’re also a builder, you enjoy the process of going from problem to solution regardless of the medium and scaling up results.

You're someone that:

  • Is highly operational with a strong ability to work with tools and automation
  • Is eager to roll up your sleeves. Your role doesn’t stop at strategy – you’ll be the sole person managing all of our lifecycle and automated campaigns for a while
  • Taking the initiative is second nature to you. Without prompting, you’ll dive deep into quantitative and qualitative signals throughout the funnel to find challenges and solutions
  • Can write dangerously effective copy that converts

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage all operational components of our automated outbound prospecting
  • Leverage buyer intent to personalize our outreach at scale
  • Build our enrichment and contact search processes
  • Brainstorm, outline, and produce email-centric growth campaigns that drive conversions across the funnel
  • Ensure all of our activities are set up so that we can measure the impact on revenue, or as close to it as possible (including marketing channel attribution)

Boxes You Need To Check:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in automated outbound/lifecycle marketing roles, ideally at a high-growth SaaS startup
  • You have a “get things done” mentality and can bring ideas to the table without needing to be told what to do
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot and other marketing automation tools
  • You’re ready to work at an early stage, fast-growing startup
  • You aren’t expecting for there to be a “how to do your job” playbook waiting for you
