About the Role: 

We’re looking for a Sr RevOps Analyst to take responsibility for managing, maintaining, and developing all of the SaaS applications, with a focus on Hubspot, that comprise the GTM technology stack. 

In this role, you will be part of the RevOps team and play a key part in defining, building and advancing Workvivo’s go-to-market strategy. Your mission will be to design and build operational models, support strategic planning, and deliver quantitative analyses on a broad range of business topic

This is a new role with a unique opportunity to influence strategic decisions that will have a significant impact on the growth and profitability of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Deeply understand the overall sales and marketing processes and details of each stage in order to be a trusted advisor and provide insight and strategies to increase close rates, productivity, and profitability of sales through the lead to opportunity process
  • Oversee the GTM tech stack and ensure best practices are implemented across all tools (Hubspot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong etc)
  • Execute on the GTM technology / platforms roadmap, gathering requirements and implementation of new features while ensuring effective user adoption of Hubspot and related tools
  • Administer system security, including analyzing areas for improvement, risk assessments, and ensuring users are granted appropriate and approved access
  • Champion data-driven decisions by building a structure that collects & maintains clean and accurate data that is analyzed and presented as actionable information, enabling all users to trust the CRM as the source of truth
  • Partner with GTM teams to create visibility into performance KPIs, continuously improving reporting on Go-To-Market initiatives, pipeline growth, and influence on revenue
  • Design, develop and maintain compelling, accurate, and reliable analytical reports in order to share key insights across the business
  • Become a trusted advisor to key go-to-market stakeholders and provide ad-hoc reporting, data extracts, and analyses

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant sales/business/finance operations experience with solid understanding of SaaS business models.
  • Advanced experience working with Salesforce or Hubspot (admin level with certifications preferred)
  • Deep knowledge of declarative CRM tools including flow, process builder and workflow rules
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to summarize and visualize complex analyses that tell a compelling story
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, resourcefulness, and ability to follow-through
  • Ability to thrive in a changing environment and to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel required, including complex nested functions, lookups, pivot tables, and modeling (SQL experience is a bonus)
