We are passionate about engaging with our Team Members as well as our guests. Our Team Members are our first customer and in order for them to provide excellent customer service, they need to be informed. We were looking for a new platform to increase employee engagement and strengthen our communication and Workvivo was the best fit for our needs.

Workvivo’s internal communications platform brings a new level of employee engagement to Seneca Gaming Corporation. Positioned as an employee app, the customization capability of the platform has been utilized to brand it “Inside 8” in reference to Seneca’s HR platform TheBest8Hours.com. 

Currently there are many different ways to distribute information to team members including the company newsletter and company-wide emails. With the launch of the Workvivo app, team members are able to check updates on their phones and stay engaged with their teams in real time.
