TELUS International was looking for a centralized platform for employee communications, social engagement, helpful links and access to applications and HR documents/policies – effectively a ‘one-stop-shop’ for employees. With a global team of 50,000 employees, the need to communicate globally, regionally and down to individual offices, on both mobile and desktop devices was very important. Integration to existing systems was also a big consideration as Workvivo was to replace two legacy custom-built communication platforms.
