Cubic Telecom has been a global pioneer in connected software for the Internet of Things (IoT) market since 2009, experiencing rapid growth, and expanding its customer base to quickly become an industry leader.
The Cubic Telecom team saw their use of email for communication as cold, discouraging of conversation, and hard to know whether they were getting through to people.
To help not only grow their company, but the communication within their team, Cubic Telecom were looking for a solution that could replace email and reach everyone equally and provide the same consistent levels of communication and engagement.
