Barbara Booras is a Customer Community Manager at Workvivo. Specializing in Expert Services within Customer Experience, Barbara collaborates with key strategic customers with a global audience on optimizing their Workvivo experience. She spent 6+ years in New York City leading internal communications and transforming company culture at DIVINA in her role as the first Culture & Community Manager. Barbara is a self-described workplace culture nerd, obsessed with elevating the employee experience.

Now based in Boston, Barbara enjoys freelance food writing, boxing, distance running, and world travel. Barbara is a 4x marathoner currently working on completing the Abbott World Marathon Majors. Barbara has an educational background in hospitality and tourism and approaches EX with a high-touch, hospitality mindset.

People Director, Welcome Break

Nicola is Welcome Break’s People Director, accountable for the full employee life-cycle for over 6,000 Team Members, from attraction, recruitment and selection, through their on-boarding and learning journey, career progression, employee relations and engagement and off-boarding when the time is right.

She leads a People Team of 15, with an additional Brand Excellence Team of 11 who are responsible for ensuring our Teams are well-equipped and capable to fulfil their roles within our Brand partners.

As part of the Senior Leadership Team, she play an integral part in the leadership of the Welcome Break business and the direction of travel, with a particular focus on the culture of the business and the engagement of our Team of 6,000+
