1 Initiate

We want to make sure the internal communications platform is embraced by your organization from the get-go. We’ll ask questions such as:

  • What are the project’s objectives and target outcomes?
  • What are the organization’s defined goals/ values?
  • What is the project’s timeframe?
2 Plan

With a project team appointed, a common vision set for the project and an understanding of what success looks like, we then plan for platform launch and promotion to the company, including a training plan if needed.

3 Design

Technical integration with your systems for user provisioning and authentication. Customization of the platform to match your brand and user requirements. Also organizational readiness activities such as champion selection and comms development.

4 Execute

Put plans into action and bring the platform to life. Generate a sense of excitement and intrigue so that employees are eager to access the platform and start interacting on launch day. When you launch, employees understand the purpose of the platform and how best to use it through pre-loaded content which sets the tone of how to use the platform.

5 Onboarding

The first 30 days are crucial in terms of bedding in the platform, so it’s important that staff are able to login and interact with ease and confidence. Here we will

  • Monitor activation and activity
  • Help you create compelling content
  • Create internal advocates (we call them ‘Champions’) to spread the word
  • Fully support your onboarding activities

Why Workvivo

We had so many different disparate channels where people could receive updates, information and communicate with each other. There was a lot of fragmentation in what we were doing and we wanted to consolidate it into one channel.
