As an expert communications strategist, she is responsible for services strategy and post-implementation communications programmes for enterprise clients. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for exceeding expectations, specialising in employee engagement, creative solutions and cross-organisation collaboration. Leveraging more than 20 years of industry experience, Margaret is respected and recognised by her peers for providing counsel and expertise to Fortune 500 clients on rollout communications and strategic storytelling to maximise adoption and change management effectiveness. Prior to Workvivo, Margaret held leadership positions at Firstup, Medecision, and Health Care Service Corporation, where she consistently drove growth and innovation in communications. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling with her husband and two kids, gardening, cooking, or working on her latest arts and crafts project.

Paul is the Global Services Sales Manager. Having spent over 15 years at Fortune 500 companies like Amazon and Meta, he brings a wealth of experience in social media, account and relationship management, and sales and operations. With a passion for problem solving, creating new ideas and collaboration, he lives by the mantra of striving to be the best part of someone else’s day.

She spends most of her free time hiking, coaching field hockey, cheering her daughters on from the sidelines, and listening to music - always finding new ways to stay inspired and grounded.

Ian is a multi-disciplinary designer with over a decade of experience, currently leading the Creative Studio at Workvivo. He partners with organisations to bring their Workvivo platforms to life, ensuring launches land with impact and resonate with employees. By blending creativity with strategy, Ian helps customers cut through complexity, simplify communication and build stronger connections with their people. His focus is on creating experiences that not only look great but also drive clarity, engagement and lasting value across the organisation.

Gustavo is an Art Director, Illustrator, Motion Graphics and Creative Designer at the Boost Team. Originally from Brazil, he has lived in Ireland for the past 10 years. He has spent most of his career working in advertising agencies such as BBDO and TBWA. Gustavo has worked with several major brands, including Volkswagen, IDA Ireland, Lidl, Aldi and Guinness. A dog lover and horror film enthusiast, he is currently enjoying a "make your own pasta" phase.

A Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Fellow of the British Psychological Society, he has built a career as a trusted consultant, speaker, and business builder, passionately helping organisations create better workplace experiences. Liz brings energy and clarity to communication and strategy - designing experiences that spark collaboration, simplify the complex, and turn big ideas into action. With a background in facilitation, user-centred design, and visual storytelling, she helps teams find their voice, focus their message, and create solutions that stick. With more than a decade of experience in internal communications and marketing, she has led award-winning platform launches, built enterprise-wide content strategies, and advised global teams on driving connection and culture through communication. Eddie is an Internal Communications and Engagement Consultant and a former Captain of the Irish Defence Forces. He joined the Defence Forces as a Cadet in 2014, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather. Upon commissioning, he specialised in Transport and Logistics. Eddie has completed two overseas tours, first to Mali in 2018 as part of the European Union Training Mission, and later to Lebanon in 2020, leading the United Nations Interim Force Reconnaissance and Force Protection Company. On his return, he was appointed the first Internal Communications Officer, where he began his Workvivo journey by revolutionising Defence Forces communications.
