Why this event matters

At The Frontline Summit, we’ll explore:
- The biggest challenges frontline workers face today.
- Strategies to empower, engage, and retain frontline teams.
- The role of technology in closing the frontline gap.
- Real-world success stories from frontline-driven organizations.

Speakers and Sessions
Senior Customer Community Manager, Workvivo
Barbara Booras leads the Vivoverse, Workvivo’s vibrant Customer Community—a buzzing virtual space where customers come together to connect, share, learn, and co-create the future of employee experience. She also brings customers together IRL, overseeing global customer events that turn great ideas into action.
Before joining Workvivo, Barbara spent over five years in the heart of New York City as the first Culture & Community Manager at DIVINA, where she built internal comms and employee experience from the ground up and helped shape a values-driven culture that resonated deeply with employees.
A self-proclaimed workplace culture nerd, Barbara is endlessly curious about how to make the employee experience not just better - but genuinely meaningful. With a background in hospitality and tourism management, she brings a high-touch, human-centered approach to everything she does.
Now based in Boston, Barbara is also a 7x marathoner, an RRCA-certified Running Coach, and an Abbott World Marathon Major 6-Star Finisher. When she’s not nerding out on EX strategy or community building, you’ll find her sailing, distance running, traveling, or exploring the local food and wine scene.
