Employee listening is the practice of actively collecting and understanding the opinions, ideas, and concerns of employees within an organization. One of the central features of our Listening Suite is Surveys. While surveys have long been a cornerstone of the Workvivo platform, we've completely reimagined them to deliver a better experience, enhance adoption rates, and simplify feedback collection like never before.

Employee Insights empowers you to measure, understand, and improve employee engagement and alignment with company values. However, there are times when running custom, one-time surveys remain valuable. Whether you're soliciting feedback after a recent company-wide meeting or conducting a targeted pulse survey to evaluate health and safety protocols at a specific location, our Surveys have you covered!
