Since its acquisition by Zoom in April 2023, Workvivo has expanded its product vision and is continuing to deliver new innovations for its customers as part of its mission to enhance the employee experience..

Workvivo X Zoom Integration
A new integration means that Workvivo customers will be able to access Workvivo within the Zoom desktop client, offering a seamless experience between Workvivo and the Zoom platform. This integration will enable customers of both Workvivo and Zoom to move seamlessly between both platforms, enhancing the continuity of experience.
Workvivo users are already able to: Start, schedule, and join Zoom meetings from Workvivo; access Zoom Products (such as Zoom Whiteboard, Zoom Calendar, and Zoom Mail) from the Workvivo Resources Tab; and instantly start a Zoom Call or begin a Zoom Team Chat from their Workvivo user profile and the people directory.
Combining Zoom’s incredible tools with Workvivo’s engagement capabilities, Zoom’s core is a complete Employee Experience Platform. The integration into the Zoom desktop client is expected to be available for customers later this month.
Employee Insights is a brand-new listening suite built into the Workvivo platform that provides organizations a unified approach to measuring, understanding and improving employee engagement.
Organizations will be able to measure engagement, and organizational value alignment with automated, targeted pulse surveys. Leaders can also leverage advanced analytics and insights to truly understand employee responses. In alignment with Zoom’s AI-forward strategy, Workvivo is prioritizing AI in its product roadmap with a focus on enhancing the user and admin experiences. Workvivo plans to launch an AI assistant, enabling users to compose content and create surveys powered by generative AI. Workvivo’s AI-powered virtual assistant is set to supercharge employee communications, helping users to create engaging content, and communicate with confidence. Workvivo’s AI assistant can be called on to suggest, create and revise updates, articles and survey content, allowing admins to focus on what matters most – communicating with, and taking care of employees. This is expected to be available to customers in 2024.
