Leading Internal Comms, Engagement, and Employer Brand at Grill’d for the past 12 months, Em’s innate strategic business approach centres around people and connection, which continually fuels her passion and drive to be an effective communications and values-based leader.

David Gunn

Head of Information Technology, Grill’d

For over 25 years, David has been leading digital transformation amongst some of the biggest players across Member Services, FMCG, Manufacturing, Hospitality, and Retail. With profound technical and governance expertise, David makes transforming business requirements into practical and attainable initiatives look easy. 

Leading the IT department at Grill’d for over 5 years, David’s passion for his people, alongside the projects they work on, have been key contributors in supporting the company’s continual success.

Georgegina Poulos

Georgegina Poulos is a global HR executive, executive coach, and
founder of HR Connect, a professional network for HR leaders. With expertise in change transformation and high-performance cultures, she blends strategic HR leadership with a people-first approach. 

She holds a Master of Applied Sciences and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources. As the first female Chair of HACCI, she has led impactful change across industries. Passionate about diversity, inclusion, and organisational excellence, Georgegina continues to shape the future of HR through thought leadership, executive coaching, and community
engagement.

Natalie Savkoski

Regional Head of Customer Experience, APAC

Natalie is a recognised leader in employee engagement and strategic communication, with over 15 years of experience helping organizations create meaningful connections with their workforce.

As Head of Customer Experience - APAC at Workvivo, Natalie plays a pivotal role in aligning her expertise with Workvivo’s mission to elevate employee engagement and foster vibrant workplace cultures. She is dedicated to empowering organizations to connect, communicate, and inspire their people through innovative technology and purpose-driven strategies.

Throughout her career, Natalie has partnered with hundreds of large-scale organizations, spanning industries and workforce types, to design and implement impactful communication and engagement programs. She specializes in crafting strategies that bridge the gap between leadership and employees, ensuring communication is effective, inclusive, and drives meaningful action.

Previously, Natalie held key leadership roles at Reward Gateway, where she delivered award-winning engagement programs and developed forward-thinking solutions to enhance employee experiences.

Jonathan Fulluck

Enterprise Account Executive, Workvivo by Zoom

Jonathan loves working with the wider HR community, locally and globally, to design tailored employee engagement and experience platforms to match their needs. He is motivated by learning about organisations' challenges and how he can help them.

Outside of helping organisations, Jonathan enjoys playing sports, such as tennis, snowboarding, and football, as well as travelling and exploring the world.
