Work is changing fast.
AI is reshaping how we do our jobs. Distributed teams are redefining how we connect. And leaders everywhere are being asked to build cultures that are more human, more inclusive, and more resilient – often all at once.
It’s enough to make your head spin.
That’s why we created Vivowire – a new podcast from Workvivo by Zoom exploring the ideas, leadership habits, and cultural shifts shaping the modern world of work.
Why we started Vivowire
We know that there are tons of podcasts out there about workplace culture, leadership, employee experience, communications, you name it. Many of them are great and maybe you even listen to a few already.
Here at Workvivo, we put all our effort into building a product that helps companies foster great cultures and do great work. That means we think deeply about what makes work worthwhile and creates a sense of belonging, and what makes it difficult or challenging. We wanted to create a podcast that reflects those ideas, with thoughtful conversations that explore modern work, what got us here, and where we’re headed.
On Vivowire, we invite voices we admire to share the moments that changed how they think about work, we dive into the latest trends and research, and unpack the shifting landscape of today’s workplace, in a real honest conversation.
As the host, I come to these conversations from a place of curiosity and do my best to create a space for honest and reflective talks about what it really takes to build better workplaces.

What makes Vivowire different
Each episode is designed to go beyond the usual talking points. We start with a simple but big juicy question, as I would say: “What’s a moment that fundamentally changed how you think about work?”
From there, we dig a little deeper.
We explore:
- What leaders have learned inside fast-moving organizations
- Where culture efforts succeed and where they fall short
- How people are navigating today’s biggest shifts, from AI to hybrid work
- And the everyday rituals and habits that actually make a difference
I also throw my guests some challenging “Mythbusters” – a rapid fire round of common assumptions or misconceptions about work today. I’ve been loving all of the guests' honest hot takes.
Our aim is for this to feel like an intimate and honest conversation that challenges, resonates, and inspires.
Who you’ll hear from
Vivowire brings together a wide range of voices shaping the future of work. You’ll hear from:
- Bestselling authors and researchers
- Senior HR and people leaders
- Operators who’ve built and scaled culture inside complex organizations
- And thinkers who are challenging conventional wisdom on leadership and work
Our first episode features a fascinating conversation with Bruce Daisley, and in the next few weeks you’ll hear the perspectives of Advita Patel, Jacob Morgan, and Melissa Daimler – with more to come.
What you’ll take away
Our goal with Vivowire is simple: to leave you with something that sticks.
That might be a new way of thinking about leadership or culture, a practical idea you can apply with your team, or a moment of recognition – hearing someone articulate a challenge you’ve been navigating yourself. (Bonus when those moments help create a sense of community for you as a result.)
If that stickiness becomes something you can bring into your world of work, that’s a win. Because ultimately, the future of work isn’t something abstract. It’s something we’re all building together, day by day.
A quick thank you
While I may be the voice behind the podcast, Vivowire has been a huge team effort. This has been an exciting collaboration across Workvivo’s content, brand, creative, and social teams.
A special thanks to everyone who’s helped bring this to life, and to our early guests for their openness and generosity. Extra special thank you to Davin O’Dwyer, our Head of Content and the producer of Vivowire.
