Workvivo is evolving into Workvivo HQ. It will encompass all the functionality of our globally trusted employee experience platform, but will also feature new AI capability.
Workvivo HQ is the shared experience layer where communication, knowledge, engagement, and action come together, with AI orchestrating all of it.
Workvivo HQ is available to all existing Workvivo customers at no additional cost. HQ Agent is available as a paid add-on.
HQ Agent is our new AI product that works within the Workvivo HQ experience. It includes advanced AI features like agentic search, task execution, and intelligent retrieval capabilities, connecting employees to knowledge and actions across Workvivo and their digital workplace.
Seer, our people intelligence platform, is a paid add-on to Workvivo HQ.
With both, you get one digital home for all employees – combining productivity through a unified intranet, deep employee intelligence through Seer's listening capabilities, and powerful communication tools to drive engagement and visible action across your entire organization.
HQ Agent processes data in the same region as your Workvivo instance: US or EMEA
SOC 2, ISO 27001, SSO, SCIM provisioning, and in-region data processing for regulated industries.
