She currently leads Internal Communications, PR, and DEI at Decathlon Singapore, where she drives internal and external engagement. She is a mother to a spirited three-year-old and loves crafting, aerial yoga, and hitting new personal goals in the gym!

Paul is the Workplace Experience Manager at Globe Telecom, dedicated to shaping the entire pre-hire to retire journey of an employee. His work focuses on designing emotionally resonant and purposeful touchpoints across the employee lifecycle, from initial attraction and recruitment to onboarding, engagement, and development.
He is passionate about leveraging technology to build a more connected, collaborative, and human-centered employee experience. By focusing on a proactive, data-driven approach, he co-creates environments where people can thrive and do their best work.
Sashikumar Kannappan
Solutions Engineer Team Lead, Workvivo by Zoom
Sashi leads Workvivo’s Solution Engineering Team across Japan, India, Asia and Australia to ensure that customers are able to meet their business requirements technically on the Workvivo platform. With nearly a decade of experience in integration and migration for HR solutions like Workday, SuccessFactors, UKG, Workplace by Meta, Sharepoint, Sashi is one of Workvivo’s global subject matter experts on deeply technical requirements and platform transitions.
Sashi was also Workvivo’s first engineer in APAC and had the fortune of working closely with Workvivo’s largest enterprise customers across a variety of industries like healthcare, hospitality, real estate, retail, manufacturing and logistics.
